2021:  Looks like something growing on the logs...now the question is how many?

We are expecting to harvest our first shiitake mushrooms in spring 2020.  Please e-mail Bob in March if you are interested in this product.

Shiitake mushrooms are my favourite! They are flavourful and nutritious. Great in stir-fries, or cooked with some honey and garlic.

As it is our first season trying this, I am a little uncertain as to when the fruits (mushrooms) will start to appear, and what kind of yield there will be.
