Honey Mustard Chicken with Kale

And this recipe comes from my folks:



1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
chicken thighs/drumsticks skinless (about 7 or 8)
salt & pepper to taste

Melt the butter, honey and mustard together. Dip the chicken pieces into the mixture, pour the remaining sauce over the chicken then bake in a shallow casserole dish at 350 degrees F for 35 min.

Meanwhile, steam chopped Kale until tender, when the chicken is cooked toss the kale into the baking dish to coat the kale with the cooked sauce.
